Shipping

We offer U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, estimated but not guaranteed 2-3 days to most U.S. locations. We also ship internationally via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International (average 6-10 business days). You are responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that may apply in your country. Please note, customs processing varies from country to country and can sometimes add significant transit time. This is beyond our control and we are not able to track progress. Love Letters is not responsible for any delays you experience due to carrier problems or customs holdups.

Returns

We want you to be happy! In the event you’re not, we offer a money-back guarantee, less shipping, on all items except custom table cards (ink color or custom words). Returned items must be unused and unmarred. Please fill out the returns section on the packing slip that came with your order and include it in the box. Returns must be made within 21 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs (if by any chance your item is defective, please contact us for instructions before you ship). If we made an error on your custom cards, let us know asap and we will fix it.
