Privacy

We will never divulge your personal information to anyone. Period.

Lead time

Love Letters products are made to order but we do have a pretty quick turnaround. If your items require a proof for approval (menus, signs, seating cards, custom colors), we typically send it within 3 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks after approval for your finished products to ship. Non-custom items (table/decor cards, thank you cards) typically ship within 1 week of your order date. If you are in a hurry, please let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Proofing process

For any items where you supply the wording (menus, signs, seating cards), we email you a PDF to review. You email us any changes and we email a final PDF for approval. If more changes are required, there will be an additional charge of $20 per additional proof (unless the required changes are due to an error on our part). Please note, if we happen to see a typo or something amiss in the file you submit to us, we will of course let you know. But we are not responsible for proofreading. It's up to you to make sure everything - grammar, spelling, colors, table assignments, etc. - is accurate before you sign off on your proof. Once you have approved your proof and the order goes to print, you will be responsible for the cost of any error fixes - so proofread, proofread, proofread! For custom colors, we will send you a physical sample of your item, which you can approve by email.

Shipping

We offer U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (estimated but not guaranteed 2-3 days to most U.S. locations) or Priority Mail Express (overnight to most U.S. locations), and for some products U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. For orders over $150 shipped within the United States, Priority Mail shipping is free! We also ship internationally via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International (average 6-10 business days) or Express Mail International (average 3-5 business days), and for some products U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. You are responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that may apply in your country. Please note, customs processing varies by country and can sometimes add significant transit time. This is beyond our control and unfortunately, we are not able to track progress through customs. Love Letters is not responsible for any delays you experience due to carrier problems or customs holdups.

Returns

We want you to be happy! For non-custom items: All thank you cards and table/decor cards (except custom colors) may be returned for a refund, less shipping. Returned items must be unused and unmarred. Please fill out the returns section on the packing slip that came with your order and include it. Returns must be made within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs (if by any chance your item is defective, please contact us for a shipping label). For custom items: Since all menus, signs, and seating cards are printed with your personalized information, they cannot be returned for a refund. This also includes table cards with a custom color. If you are not happy with your items, please get in touch right away. Issues with custom items are considered on an individual basis. If there was an error on our end, we will replace your item(s) as soon as possible.
